152 Done For You CVC Playdough Mats

Are you looking for some fun and interactive ways to practice and review CVC words? This CVC playdough mats packet provides 152 DONE FOR YOU mats that are perfect for literacy centers. CVC playdough mats give kids lots of practice segmenting and blending words, skills they will continue to use as they work with more complex words.

Your students read the word on each sheet, make it with playdough, and then use a dry erase marker to trace the word and then write it independently.

The playdough mats in this pack are split into six sets of words, where each one introduces new sounds/letters. Each set builds on the previous and includes sounds/letters from previous sets. The sets include

• Set 1: a, i, m, n, o, p, s, t
• Set 2: b, c, g, h
• Set 3: d, e, f, v
• Set 4: k, l, r, u
• Set 5: j, w, x, y, z
• Set 6: ff, ll, ss, zz

Each set of playdough mats includes a word overview sheet. This sheet provides all of the words used.
