I’m having trouble checking out
I understand that it can be frustrating to have issues completing a purchase once you have decided to buy something. If you are having issues at checkout these can sometimes be very specific to the device you are using. If you need assistance, please get in touch here.
What payment methods do you accept?
At checkout, there are two payment options, Paypal, or Credit Card payment and all prices are in US Dollars.
Are your products available internationally?
Top Notch Teaching is an Australian business offering teaching solutions globally. All of my products are available internationally as they are downloadable in pdf format. All prices on my website are in US dollars (USD).
How long will my order take to arrive?
As soon as your payment is accepted, you will receive an email with a link to your product to download.
What if I do not receive the email to download my purchase?
I understand that it can be frustrating to have issues completing a purchase once you have decided to buy something. If you do not receive the email from email@example.com with a link to your product for download, please check your spam/junk/promotions folder. If you are still having issues please get in touch here.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are not happy with your purchase I would be very happy to hear your feedback. Unfortunately, my downloadable products cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase unless they are faulty.
How can I view my product purchase on a device (iOS or Android)?
All of my downloadable products are in pdf format and your device (both iOS and Android) comes with a pdf viewer. If you are having trouble opening a product on your device please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I email Melinda to ask for teaching advice?
I love it when a teacher reaches out to me for support. And I do try to answer all of the messages that are sent to me. However, I now receive a lot of emails and messages on Facebook seeking advice and it is sometimes not possible for me to answer them all.
