Cool Science Experiments

Are you after some cool science experiments to use in your classroom? Then I have found just the video for you.

In this TED talk you will learn how to use play dough to teach kids about electrical properties and creating circuits. Who would have thought that you could have so much fun with play dough and creating circuits?

This is definitely an idea that you could implement with kids of all ages. It’s a great way to demonstrate simple circuits to our littlest scientists, while also having the ability to extend for older kids.

You can find the recipes for the play dough and the instructions for building the circuits here.

What are some of your favourite hands on science experiments that you have used before? Feel free to share your ideas in the comments below.
