Over the last few months I’ve really been enjoying scouring the Internet for cool, short teaching videos. I have found some very useful and valuable videos that I have wanted to archive to refer to at a later time.
With this in mind, I thought the best place to archive these videos would be right here on my blog Top Notch Teaching. That way I’ve got a permanent record of the videos I found and that would be easy to find again later.
So this will now be a new segment on Top Notch Teaching. Each Tuesday evening (Perth, Western Australian time) I will publish the latest video that I’ve found that I want to keep a record of.
I’m looking for videos that inspire me to try something new. I’m also looking for videos that provide tips and tricks to make my life as a teacher that little bit easier. I don’t have much time so all the videos will be short in length, usually less than 10 minutes.
I hope you enjoy the videos as much as I do.
The first video I have for you today is all about shapes. I’m currently working on a new product that will be about 2D shapes. So as I’ve been researching about shapes I came across this video.
The video is a song about shapes and would be great to show to your class when you’re looking at shapes in the environment. Enjoy!
Can’t see the video, watch it here.
