I have been a busy little bee over the last few weeks, so I thought I would share with you what I’ve been working on.
Now you may be wondering where on earth I got all this time from….well it’s because my Little Miss Two and hubby have been away in Queensland, so I have had to keep myself busy so I don’t get too lonely 🙂
I have created 4 new items that I wanted to highlight. To find out more on each item, click on the pictures or headings.
Free Floating and Sinking Worksheet
This investigation of floating and sinking is ideal for junior primary students. Students predict if objects will float or sink and then test their predictions.
Use the worksheet to document students’ predictions and test results. Once the investigation is completed the class could discuss what other objects may float or sink and give their reasons why this may be. A further investigation could be undertaken with plasticine to see if the children can make it float by moulding its shape.
